What I do to stay healthy

Health problem is becoming as a big issue for many people living all over the world. In Japan, most people have once hared a word "metabolic syndrome" . This is one of obesity.It's mainly caused by eating too much and not having exercise. Because of this, interest against health became more big. I'm one of those people.
After I hared about this and as becoming older, I started to care about my own health. But I don't have time to do something strictly, and I don't want to feel stress for it. So all I do is something easy. For example,I use to hate raw tomato,broccoli and many other vegetables. But now, I can eat many of them. Also everyday after the bath, I do stretch too. I think small changes makes a big deference at future.

City or Country

Choosing city or country, I will prefer city. It is because of three reasons. First reason is because city will stimulates us more and make us feel excite. There are more shops, restaurants, and amusement like movie theater than country side. Second reason is the convenience of transportation. Although car are not so much good way to go somewhere because of the traffic jam, train are moving so often. It will take us to anywhere we want in a short time. At the rural area, train nor bus are not moving frequently. It might be better to move by car, but train and bus are much better for environment. At last, there are more medical institution at urban area. You can find and go to any kind of hospital without traveling so far. Also much of them has more advanced technology. These are why I prefer city than country.

My Golden Week

This Golden Week, I had something to do everyday. For four days of my five days vacation, I did part-time job at the Italian restaurant, and I met my high school friends at other one day. My friends and I went to dinner at Oofuna and ate delicious food and talked about recent news of our self. For example, about school, friends, boyfriends, trends, about future, and many worries. Even though we can't meet each other so often, my friends are still my best friend. I couldn't go out somewhere far, but it was very very nice Golden Week for me.
